SHARPENING AND EDGING
- Angle the Ultra-Tek to a raw sharpening angle of 18° to 22°.
- Starting at the bottom of the blade and the top of the sharpener, pull the blade down and over the top of the sharpener, creating a slight curve (as pictured). Do the same with the bottom of the sharpener, as pictured. This will make the tip of the blade sharper.
- Repeat step two about three to five times to make your knife sharper.
