RETURN POLICY
30-Day Free Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and include proof of purchase. The manufacturer/seller covers the return shipping costs.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
This product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?
Received a faulty product? Or are you simply unhappy with your order?
Please contact our customer service and initiate the return process (sales@nedfossknife.de).
Please provide the following information:
Order number and video or photo of the faulty product.
In some cases, you may need to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof to refund or replace the product.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited back to your account via your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited back to the credit card within 14 business days after receipt of the returned goods or cancellation of the order.
If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact your bank or credit card company.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Attention! Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or picked up!
